Validity of the terms and conditions of sale
These terms and conditions of sale apply to purchases of goods and services from the online store www.onewood.ee by a buyer who is a consumer (hereinafter referred to as the Consumer), a buyer that is a legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the Business Client), and the company OneWood OÜ (business registry code 12887936).
In addition to these terms and conditions, legal relations arising from the purchase of products from the online shop www.onewood.ee are governed by the Law of Obligations Act, the Consumer Protection Act, and other legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
These terms and conditions are valid from 1 April 2017.
The www.onewood.ee online shop reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of sale. These amendments will be published on the website at https://onewood.ee/e-pood/tingimused/
Ordering
To place an order and pay for it, please proceed as follows:
After selecting the goods, the product(s) must be added to the shopping basket. You can view your shopping basket by clicking on the ‘Shopping basket’ button at the top of the homepage. The shopping basket displays all the products added to it as a list, and the desired quantity (pcs) and price are displayed for each product. It also includes the total cost of the shopping basket.
To begin placing your order, click on the ‘Continue’ button in your shopping basket.
On the order form, please fill in the required data fields, select a suitable delivery method, and fill in the necessary delivery details. If you wish to send the product to someone else’s address – for example, as a gift – please activate ‘Delivery to another address’ and enter the recipient’s details.
Please fill in the data fields on the order confirmation page carefully, as the accuracy and correctness of the information provided will ensure a prompt and smooth delivery of the products you have purchased and subsequent resolution of any possible disputes and claims.
After confirming your order, a prepayment invoice will be issued, which can be paid immediately via a bank link (Swedbank, SEB Bank, LHV Bank, PayPal). After making the payment, click on the ‘Submit order’ button.
The invoice and confirmed order will be emailed to you.
The sales contract for goods shall enter into force after the customer has paid for the goods in full and the payment has been received in the bank account of the online store.
Under the terms of the sales agreement, the online store undertakes to deliver the purchased goods to the customer and to enable the transfer of ownership to the Consumer or the Business Client. Based on the sales contract, the customer undertakes to pay the invoice presented to them and to accept the goods.
Orders that have not been paid for will be cancelled after 3 days from placing the order.
Product price
All prices in the www.onewood.ee online store include 20% VAT. Prices are shown in euros (€). A transport fee is added to the purchase based on the delivery method chosen by the customer.
Prices are valid from the time the order is placed until the payment deadline for the order expires (3 days after the order is placed).
If an order was placed prior to the amendment of the terms and conditions of sale or a change in prices, the terms and conditions in force at the moment of placing the order are applied to the legal relationship between the buyer and the seller.
Customer discounts or order discounts (including discounts based on promotional codes) do not apply to shipping costs.
The www.onewood.ee online store reserves the right to change sales prices, which will be reflected on the subpages of the online store.
Procedure for the delivery and shipment of goods
After the sales contract has entered into force (after the customer settles the invoice), www.onewood.ee will pick the order and hand it over to our logistics partners for delivery.
Product delivery takes 2–5 working days from the date of entry into force of the sales contract, unless a different delivery time is specified in the product details.
The www.onewood.ee online shop will not be liable for any delay in the delivery of the goods if the goods are handed over to the logistics partners in time and the delay is caused by circumstances that the online shop could not influence or foresee.
Transportation
Please note! The goods are transported in a closed lorry and unloading requires the availability of a forklift on site! Access to the site must be ensured by the customer, and unloading requires the availability of a forklift on site or, if necessary, the customer must unload the goods manually.
Privacy policy
By entering the data in the online store and by giving consent, the customer gives the right to collect and process the personal data of the Consumer or the Business Client (name, phone number, address, email address, etc.) to the www.onewood.ee online store and to forward the personal data to a logistics partner for the delivery of the goods.
Consumers and Business Clients have the right to prohibit the collection and use of their personal data at any time, except where this is necessary for the enforcement of a contractual claim or for the delivery of goods.
Electronic personal data will be used for direct mail only if the Consumer or the Business Client has given their explicit consent on the www.onewood.ee website.
All personal data disclosed by a customer when visiting the www.onewood.ee online store and making purchases there is treated as confidential information. The www.onewood.ee store takes all precautions (including administrative, technical, and physical measures) to protect the personal data of the customers. Access to information for the purposes of changing or processing it is only granted to authorized persons.
When paying for purchases via a bank link, data communication with banks is encrypted, ensuring that the bank details of the buyer are secure and the online store has no access to these.
Right of return
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods purchased from the www.onewood.ee online store within 14 days of receiving the goods. The right of return applies to the Business Clients only in the case of incorrect products. The right of return has been established to guarantee that the goods delivered correspond to those ordered.
To request a withdrawal, you must submit a clear and unambiguous application to the online store. The application must be emailed to info@onewood.ee. The online store will immediately send the Consumer a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal application.
The returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and undamaged. The customer is responsible for any deterioration in the condition of the returned goods if they have used the item in a manner other than is necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and functioning. In order to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item, the customer may handle and use the item only to the extent that would be normally permitted in a shop.
The customer will cover the costs of the delivery of the goods.
When returning goods, the purchased product(s) must be returned immediately, but no later than within 14 days after the receipt of the withdrawal application.
You will be reimbursed for the money for the returned products immediately, but no later than within 14 days after the receipt of the withdrawal application.
The right of return of the Consumer is stipulated by law, in particular section 49 et seq. of the Law of Obligations Act.
Procedure for submitting complaints
The www.onewood.ee online store is responsible for any non-compliance with the terms of the contract or the defects of the goods sold to Consumers that become apparent within two years of the delivery of the goods to the Consumer, and for any defects in goods sold to Business Clients that become apparent within 14 days of the delivery of the goods.
The www.onewood.ee online store is not responsible for the defects of products caused by the Consumer or the Business Client as a result of improper storage, installation, maintenance, or non-intended use of the product.
Please submit your complaint regarding the non-compliance or defects of goods by emailing it to info@onewood.ee, stating the name of the person who placed the order, phone number, order number, and a precise description of the non-compliance or deficiencies of the product, as well as invoice based on which a payment for the goods was made. The online shop will immediately send a confirmation to the customer regarding the receipt of the complaint.
Claims regarding the non-compliance of or any discovered defects in the product must be submitted within two months of discovering the non-compliance or defect.
If a defect is identified in the product, please stop using it immediately.
The online store and the Consumer will agree on the replacement of the defective goods with new goods of the same type.
All complaints will be reviewed and the Consumer will be contacted as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days from the receipt of the complaint.
The Consumer is entitled to request that the www.onewood.ee online store give a discount to the purchase price or terminate the contract as well as to request a reimbursement of the goods if the online store is unable to replace the goods, the online store has not rectified the deficiency in the product within a reasonable time, or the Consumer has suffered unjustified inconvenience.
If the www.onewood.ee online store has refused to resolve the complaint of the Consumer or the Consumer does not agree with the solution offered by the online store and finds that their rights have been violated, the Consumer may submit a complaint to the Consumer Disputes Committee through the Consumer Protection Authority or to a court.
